Immerse yourself in the power of movement-based breathwork and the invigorating ice bath. This combination awakens the senses, releases tension, and boosts energy levels.

During the session, we go through a series of gentle movements and breathwork exercises, designed to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms. You'll then have the opportunity to plunge into the ice bath, which increases circulation, and promotes mental clarity.

No prior experience is necessary. Bring is a towel, warm clothes an open mind and a willingness to explore new sensations.
