RDA Northern Rivers and NSW Reconstruction Authority have collaborated to list Northern Rivers tenders in one easy-to-find location. In response to business’ calls for an easier way to find tender opportunities across our seven local government areas, Live Northern Rivers has developed a feature that addresses this issue. The tender opportunities on Live Northern Rivers are drawn from the seven local council tender portals, the Rous County Council, NSW Government Tenders and Local Government Procurement portals. These agencies use a range of tender portal platforms including: VendorPanel eTenderBox eProcure Tenderlink NSW Tenders API The 'Live Northern Rivers' tender portal does not replace any of these, nor is 'Live Northern Rivers' the official source for information, questions or submissions. These are all still done through the formal procedures on the portals run by the above agencies. How does the tender portal work? With publicly available information, Live Northern Rivers builds a feed of tender opportunities that are relevant to our region and displays them in one single page in a consistent and easy-to-read format. The tender information is shown in summary and depends on the data available on the various platforms identified above. If a viewer is interested in knowing more about a tender or wants to make a submission, they simply click on the tender opportunity name and this will open the tender portal of the relevant agency.
