The Digital NSW division within the Department of Customer Service (DCS) is responsible for administration of the Telecommunications Purchasing Arrangement (TPA) procurement panel. The TPA is set to expire end June 2025 and DCS has commenced a project to replace it with a new panel, termed TPA V2.0. 

This RFI presents an overview of the proposed approach to the TPA V2.0 and provides Respondents an opportunity to provide DCS with feedback. DCS is specifically interested in hearing from suppliers of enterprise telecommunications goods and services which fall within the scope of the proposed TPA V2.0 panel, as described in section 2.2 of Part A. Response to this RFI is optional and will have no bearing on Respondents’ participation in any future market approach.

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced external Surveying firms to supplement current internal capacity and assist in the provisions of on-site and office post processing of survey services for Sydney and Regional NSW. The Survey Services are required across 6 geographic zones of New South Wales including North, Hunter, Sydney, Southern, South-West and West. Standing Offer Deeds will be offered to the successful respondents.

Services required within each zone includes the following:

Tenders are invited for the Hazardous Area Upgrade at Tugun Tunnel and St Helena Tunnel.

The scope of work includes the supply, delivery and installation of hazardous area electrical equipment at both St Helena and Tugun Bypass Tunnels as per the designs provided.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday 14 May 2024.

The primary aim of the engagement is to inform IPART’s review of the 2022 benchmark costs by:

· developing standardised definitions of efficiently designed, development contingent, base level infrastructure

· developing cost benchmarks for stormwater, transport and open space, and advice on how these benchmarks vary by location (including at a minimum, greenfield vs infill, metropolitan vs regional)

· Advising on how the benchmark costs could be constructed to take into account variation in project specific conditions or project complexity, for example, difficult terrain.

· Advising on how often it is necessary to review benchmarks and how they should be updated in between reviews

· Preparing a costing methodology that councils could use to estimate the costs of infrastructure items for which benchmarks are not available or suitable

In addition, we are looking to develop aggregated level benchmarks for the delivery of stormwater, transport and open space works for a greenfield or infill area.
