Rafa Mendes, Gui Mendes & Thalison Soares Byron Bay Spring Camp

We are super excited to host the two amazing brothers Rafa and Gui Mendes here at The Academy Byron Bay!

Both Brothers have done so much for the sport, they are both multiple IBJJF Black Belt World Champions and also highly sucessful running their own school in California, now they are travelling all the way to Byron Bay to teach you!

You will have plenty of time to absorb as much knowledge as you can, get to know them, ask them questions and overall have a great time!

Important

1. White Gis Only ( Rash guard worn underneath)
2. No pictures or videos during techniques and sparring
3. No spectators
4. Ages 10+

1. Showers in facility
2. Both female and male change rooms
3. Water Bubbler in facility
4. Several Parking spots
5. Air conditioning

1. 5 Minutes from beach
2. Many cafes walking distance from facility

FRIDAY 18TH OF OCTOBER

Session 01: 6pm to 8pm - Welcome seminar with Rafa Mendes, Gui Mendes & Thalison Soares Gi

Sparring 8pm to 9pm * Optional

SATURDAY 19TH OF OCTOBER

Session 02: 9am to 10:30am with Thalison Soares Gi

Sparring: 10:30am to 11:30am * Optional

Session 03: 3pm to 4:30pm with Gui Mendes Gi

Session 04: 4:30pm to 6pm with Rafa Mendes Gi

Sparring 6pm to 7pm * Optional

SUNDAY 20TH OF OCTOBER

Session 05: 9am to 12pm - Super seminar with all 3 coaches

Q&A 12pm

Social Gathering: 4pm meet at Pass Beach Byron Bay, BYO Surf boards, beach games ect.
