Qi gong can help to reduce stress, improve your flexibility and sleep, allow you to gain more energy and even slow down the ageing process.

Lija Austen is a meditation and qi gong teacher as well as a counsellor, wellness consultant and owner of Kingscliff Salltwater Studio and Director of the Nourish & Flourish Women's Wellness Festival. She is passionate about supporting others to develop practices that support inner peace and overall wellbeing.
