Modular Townhouses Pty Limited is about robust and fast medium density housing, by the people, for the people, with occasional individual investors/gov, even if on land occasionally flooded.

Our projects can be built anywhere in Australia, using upskilled local tradies and contractors where we can. We have a design brief (guidelines) for professional designers and contractors to use as a guide.

Modular Townhouses Pty Limited is a growing group of investors with skills and happy to share our design guidelines with other invited clients. 

Please note that whilst most of profit is intended for investors, it's not a charity. We charge 1% and investor target by architect and real estate agent is 30%.

Modular Townhouses in the Northern Rivers

With the major flooding events in the Northern Rivers causing massive damage to homes and contents leaving residents without safe housing options, Modular Townhouses has identified the benefits of our services and business model to support the rebuild efforts. Our Director, Chris Jones, comes with decades of experience in the construction industry, is a Member of Engineers Australia and has a significant experience in the field of modular building.  

We have been connecting with the NSW Reconstruction Authority seminars to understand and connect with rebuilding efforts. We have also been communicating with the Northern Rivers TAFE network about upskilling builders to deliver fast modular medium density housing.

We are also excited to be in discussions with local building businesses in Tweed Heads, Ballina and Alstonville to create long term partnerships that benefit the reconstruction of the region.
